Auberge Saint-Gabriel was built in 1688 by a French soldier and was the first “auberge” in North America to receive a liquor licence, on March 4, 1754. Today, this historical institution is one of the trendiest spots in Montreal. The Auberge is known for its fine dining renowned for its Quebec cuisine.

A graphic system was developed to promote their seasonal menus. For each menu a bespoke collage illustration was created drawing inspiration from nature.
